My translation into English:
It occured in city Lipno on 30th September 1860 at 4 pm. Appeared Roman Depkowski shoemaker from Lipno, age 22, in presence of Wojciech Zwadowski age 30, and Feliks Pejnicki (?) age 21, farmers from Lipno, and showed us a child male sex born in Lipno 19th current month and year at three am from his wife Teofila born Szablewska, age 20. This child was christening today by Father Smoleński and was named Władysław, and his godparents were Wojciech Zwadowski and Eleonora Zbrożkiewicz. The certificate was read to the ones cannot write and only by us signed.

Oznajmiamy, że w obecności świadków Piotra Olszewskiego organisty lat 50 i Feliksa Karczewskiego, służącego kościelnego lat 35, obu mieszkających we wsi Ruże, zawarto w dniu dzisiejszym religijny związek małżeński między Władysławem Depkowskim, kawalerem urodzonym w Lipnie, synem Romana i Teodozji z domu Szablewskiej małżonków Depkowskich, lat 26 rzeźnikiem mieszkającym w Lipnie – a Teodozją Grzegorzewską, panną urodzoną w Oborach, córką Michała i nieżyjącej Franciszki z domu Chrzanowskiej małżonków Grzegorzewskich, lat 21, mieszkającej przy Ojcu w Oborach. Małżeństwo to poprzedziły trzy zapowiedzi ogłoszone w tutejszej parafii i w Kościele Lipnowskim dnia 14, 21 i 27 lutego bieżącego roku. Nowożeńcy oznajmili, że nie zawarli umowy przedślubnej. Obrzęd religijny dopełniony został przez Księdza Stanisława Małkowicza.
Akt ten nowożeńcom i świadkom przeczytany, przez Nas, nowożeńców i Piotra Olszewskiego podpisany został.

It was in the village of Ruże on the second day of March 1886 at 10 am. We declare that in the presence of witnesses Peter Olszewski organist 50 years and Feliks Karczewski, a servant of the church age 35, both living in the village Ruże, concluded today a religious marriage between Wladyslaw Depkowski, bachelor, born in Lipno, the son of Roman and Theodosia born Szablewski, spouses Depkowski, a 26 year old, butcher living in Lipno, – and Teodozja Grzegorzewska, virgin born in Obory, the daughter of Michał and deceased Franciszka born Chrzanowska, spouses Grzegorzewski, age 21, living by her Father in Obory. The marriage was preceded by three announcements in this parish and in the Church of Lipno on 14, 21 and 27 day of February this year. The newlyweds announced that they had not entered into a prenuptial agreement. The religious ritual was completed by Father Stanislaw Malkowicz.
The act was read to the newlyweds and witnesses, and was signed by us, the newlyweds and Piotr Olszewski.

Władysław Depkowski was born in Lipno. He met Teodozja b. Grzegorzewska in Obory (20 km north from Lipno), in the parish they were married on March 2nd, 1886.
Their first child Leokadia was born on February 13th, 1887 – in Lipno. So after wedding Władysław with his wife lived in Lipno.

Emmigration

In 1899 or earlier he emmigrated to America.

Death

Władysław Depkowski died after November 30th, 1911 (when he sold the property from his father).
